Writing, intuitive healing arts, and community connectivity inspire my creative expression. I began offering a few online creative expression workshops and writing series in early 2020. In January 2024, I created Matriarch and Metamorphosis, a writing series for women. Weaving my love for writing, supporting other women, and honoring our ancestors into a four-week series, I had the honor of meeting incredible women. Writing the lineage, honoring the women who came before us, and expanding expression through themes of birth stories, beauty, feminism, food, music, and gatherings grew into a powerful collective of women exploring self, family lore, and healing the lineage. Many of us remain connected today, all learning from and leaning on one another, sharing our voices and gifts with heart and intention. I believe our expression is sacred, and we all have meaningful stories to share. I look forward to hearing your stories!
